Gridnaut Recruiting seeks a bilingual Italian STEM expert for an AI research initiative.
Location: Remote/Telecommute (US, Italy, or Swiss residency eligible)
Compensation: $38-$43 USD/hour
Employment Type: Other (Hourly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design bilingual prompts: Create detailed prompts in Italian and/or English with multiple constraints and scientifically accurate instructions.
- Establish evaluation standards: Develop rubrics accounting for scientific rigor and, when written in Italian, linguistic clarity and regionally appropriate terminology.
- Test AI models: Run prompts through AI models and assess preliminary outputs against expectations for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity.
- Quality assurance collaboration: Support benchmarking processes to ensure standards before integration into evaluation sets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Native-level Italian fluency (written), specifically from Italy or Italian-speaking Switzerland
- Strong English reading/writing proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
- Undergraduate-level familiarity with these subjects
- Strong writing and critical thinking abilities
- Independent work capability with deadline management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or an applied STEM discipline
- Experience with Italian or Swiss secondary/university STEM curricula
Commitment Details:
- Minimum hours: 20 hours per week
- Duration: Approximately 3-6 months
- Environment: Structured project with defined goals and review processes

DURATION
