JOB TITLE: Commercial Operations Project Manager
PAY RANGE : $90K-110K TYPE : Hybrid

Were hiring a Commercial Operations Project Manager to help scale and optimize how our commercial organization operates. This role is a key connector across sales operations IT and leadership ensuring that systems data and processes are aligned to support growth.

Youll take ownership of CRM data integrity reporting infrastructure and cross-functional initiatives while leading projects that improve efficiency visibility and execution across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own Salesforce data integrity reporting and workflows
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through sustainment
• Develop and manage project plans timelines and deliverables
• Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards trackers and reports
• Drive data cleanup standardization and account structure improvements
• Support system integrations and technology rollouts
• Develop training materials and documentation for new processes
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas pivot tables data analysis)
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
