SkiNNlab is looking for an energetic, polished, and people-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team part-time.

As the first face our clients see, you will play an essential role in creating the warm, elevated, and welcoming experience SkiNNlab is known for. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced beauty & wellness environment, and has a passion for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a luxury spa experience from the moment they walk in
• Manage appointments, check-ins, and front desk flow
• Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries professionally and promptly
• Support daily spa operations and maintain an organized reception area
• Assist with scheduling, confirmations, retail sales, and client communication
• Help maintain a calm, clean, and elevated environment for clients and staff

Ideal Candidate

• Energetic, friendly, and highly personable
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and client experience
• Previous front desk, spa, salon, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Social media familiarity is a bonus
