Concept Type : Full-Service High-Volume Restaurant

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Salary : $70,000 - $78,000 per year

Job Qualifications:

To thrive as the Restaurant General Manager in Phoenix, AZ, you must demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
  • Expert knowledge of restaurant operations, with a strong understanding of food, beverage, and service standards.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with managing financial aspects of a restaurant, including sales goals, labor costs, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Ability to work standing up for extended periods and work a schedule of 50–55 hours weekly.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant General Manager in Phoenix, AZ, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching the Snooze team across all hourly roles.
  • Developing and executing marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns to drive restaurant sales.
  • Building strong relationships within your local community through partnerships with nonprofits, businesses, and associations.
  • Managing the hiring, training, review, and termination processes for employees, consistently upholding company standards.
  • Addressing and resolving issues related to performance, behavior, or at-large restaurant operations promptly and fairly.
  • Preparing and maintaining all required documentation, operational reports, and schedules.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Consistently driving financial performance goals around sales, labor costs, and other key metrics.
