Job Title: Driver/Spotter
Location: 1730 W Michigan St, Indianapolis, IN 46222
Duration: 6+ months
PR: $30.00/hr on W2
Shift Time : 1 PM to 11 PM Mon- Fri & some weekends
In this pivotal yard operations position, you will ensure efficient movement of Client trucks within our yard, supporting seamless logistics and daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience with an industry leader and the chance to grow your career in transportation and logistics.
[Responsibilities]
- Safely reposition Client trucks throughout the facility yard
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely truck movement
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections for operational readiness
- Maintain accurate records of truck placements and yard activity
- Follow all facility safety and compliance procedures
- Support additional yard management tasks as needed
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Valid driver's license
- Experience operating trucks or yard vehicles
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication with team members
[Preferred Skills]
- Previous experience as a spotter or yard driver
- Familiarity with light industrial operations
- Basic mechanical aptitude
