Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Completion of a B.A./B.S. degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Proficient in reading and composing instructions, complex documents, correspondence, and memos
• Strong familiarity with computer operations, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints
• Effective interpersonal skills for communication with clients, attorneys, and staff through various methods
• Capacity for high levels of focus and mental alertness
• Willingness to travel locally and statewide to assist attorneys with client needs

• Maintain positive contact with clients while ensuring confidentiality of client matters
• Order title reports and assist attorneys with title and survey review
• Draft closing agendas, acquisition and financing closing documents, corporate/LLC consents, certificates, closing statements, and manage all other aspects of real estate transactions
• Prepare closing binders and maintain schedules for post-closing items following transactions
• Order documents such as searches, status certificates, tax waivers, and municipal lien certificates
• Contact clients and other parties involved in transactions to ensure timely completion
